Return Policy Information
If my customers aren’t happy, then I'm not happy! To make sure my customers always have a positive Dicey Encounters experience, I’ve designed a generous, fair and transparent store policy. *International Shipping Available*
Shipping is done through USPS Flat rate shipping. If you purchase more than one product the shipping price will still be the same as if you had purchased one item (up to 5 Items).
Shipping times will usually be 3-5 Business days after purchase of items that are in stock. (unless otherwise stated). Pre-order shipping times vary and can take up to 30-60 days from point of purchase.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING OR FEES IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY. SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED AT CHECKOUT. IMPORT FEES, CUSTOMS FEES, & DUTIES ARE NOT INCLUDED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
Commission shipping times vary from 2-3 weeks, as I will be making your dice then shipping them to you.
Returns and Exchanges
Being that I hand make my dice, there is always a possibility of minor imperfections. I will accept returns (a return is when you decide that the item is not for you and you would like your money back) for up to 15 days. Days are defined as number of days from the date you receive your order. All refunds must be accompanied by a receipt (e-mail confirmation).
All refunds are subject to approval. I will not accept anything that appears to have been damaged in any way.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
In the event you receive damaged dice, you may contact me to exchange the product for a different product of equal value.
